JustGroup gains the support of the USAID Human Rights in Action program

From August 2023 till May 2024, JustGroup through the JustTalk platform will be implementing the “Common understanding of standards and approaches to investigation and prosecution in crimes related to armed conflict among the professionals of the criminal justice system” project in cooperation with the USAID Human Rights in Action program, implemented by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union.

The following topics will be the focus of the activities:

• investigation and trial of criminal proceedings on war and other war-related crimes;

• organization (restoration) of the law enforcement system and judiciary in the de-occupied territories;

• human rights in criminal proceedings during the war.

We strive to provide the criminal justice system with high-quality analytics on the investigation of war crimes and their trial, as well as to create platforms for communication between representatives of the professional community, national and international non-governmental organizations.

For this, we will use proven formats: analytical articles, offline discussions, video interviews, podcasts. We invite representatives of professional communities to join the discussion!
